SÂRMĂ DE ARC
We supply the following types of Spring Wire:
1. Carbon Steel: Available in various tensile strength grades, including "music" or "piano" wires. Can be supplied with different finishes and coatings, offering options for enhanced performance and durability.
2. Alloy Steel: Designed for superior dynamic performance, alloy steel wires contain small additions of elements like silicon, chromium, or vanadium. They are typically oil-hardened or induction-hardened, making them ideal for applications like valve springs and vehicle axles.
3. Stainless Steel: Renowned for its corrosion resistance, stainless steel spring wire is available in grades like AISI 302 and AISI 316. Suitable for humid environments and come in various finishes to meet specific requirements.
4. Copper Alloys: For applications requiring electrical conductivity, copper alloys such as Phosphor Bronze and Beryllium Copper are utilized. Their non-sparking characteristics make them ideal for use in gaseous or flammable environments.
